Had the rare beef pho. Wow it was so delicious! Had a nice clean broth and had a great southern flavour and was great that it was gluten free and the staff understood allergies. Will definitely be back! 😁

We have been coming here since it opened and the food and service are excellent! All of their banh mi, noodle, rice dishes have so much flavour. On top of that, they also make amazing crispy chicken wings! Have also tried their bubble teas and they are delicious. The owners provide great service and are very down to earth people. Viet Soul is an excellent addition to Redwood Park. We'll keep coming back ❤️

Crispy Pork Bahn Mi meal deal $14 (can and long spring roll). Roll was fresh, not stale or soft. So much filling! Ample everything and the pork really was crispy (and meaty). Tasty and very filling. Great value, by far the best local Bahn Mi I've had, decided I'll only buy from here now on. Friendly staff too.

LOVED the pork roll - fresh, crispy bread and very tasty. Would definitely come back just for another but keen to try the rest of the menu too (it’s huge). I also got the lemongrass chicken rice paper rolls and was surprised at how big the portion was for $8. I didn’t love this as much and found it a little bland but still great value. Overall, very affordable and great portion sizes. Friendly staff and while I got takeaway this time, the cafe has a lovely, cozy feel to it so would be great to dine in.

The owner's are absolutely lovely. They have wonderful food, done great choices and at a very reasonable price. The new honey chicken is my favorite. I see a lot of local tradies there regularly, as well as local emergency services personnel: so you know it's good.
